GARC Activists Outside the Court
Last week I highlighted the fact of ANOTHER TWO DOZEN Ardoyne residents appearing in a Belfast Court to 'answer' charges relating to a PEACEFUL sit-down protest held by GARC on July 12, 2010 in opposition to an UNWELCOME Orange Order March through the Greater Ardoyne Community.
For much of this week, the residents joined by a number of supporters went 'on Trial' charged with 'Obstructing Lawful Activity', which in lay man's terms is the bigoted march through Ardoyne. Anyhow, the hearing lasted until today - (Thursday) and the British Police who charged and brought these Activists to Court admitted during cross-examination that the RUC/PSNI; 'Could NOT have brought the protesters to Court WITHOUT the CONSTANT assistance of local Community and Political Representatives before, during and after' the GARC Protest.
Ardoyne Republicans and comrades further afield have known for a considerable period that there are those within our communities who regularly 'share' information with the MI5 directed RUC/PSNI to ensure those who don't accept an imperialist system which exists in the Occupied Six Counties are marginalised in the wider community and criminalised by the British State. This shameful behaviour is ongoing and needs to be exposed for what it is. GARC, their Collective and tactics are community based and they stood up for the Greater Ardoyne Community, unlike the shameful behaviour of those who 'helped' the RUC/PSNI to criminalise the same community.
it doesnt suprise me that these so-called political and community representatives help the occupying forces .the gravy train stops once they stop helping.shame fein and their cronies will do anything for the queens shilling.they are not republicans anymore.they have more in common with the dup than the nationalists of ardoyne.

I think ur guilty of [mixing] of the worst kind ,your saying community reps and the like have given information to the psni , which in turn was used to arrest and charge local people on protest . You know full well hand held cameras used by psni on the day was more than enough to find the people your talking about. But you want to tarnish other people in the district ,well shame on you martin , everyone knows what your at . I put it to you ,maybe you should look a bit closer to home with regards to is carrying info and what ever else back to the psni , ill give ya a clue a bit of heavy weight like your self ,and can get bail when nobody else can?

Local reps wouldent be much use at identifying your comrades from derry and lurgan ect . If your looking for touts in the district you dont have to go any further than the groups you currently deal with . I WOULDENT get bail if the cops found 60 grands worth of cocaine in my house ,would you ?

ReplyDeleteHow can I be 'mixingg', when Mark Hamilton RUC/PSNI stated the above in an open Court? There are Court documents to prove what he said..As for the attitude of the Political and Community Reps towards the charging and sentencing of GARC Activists for their peaceful protest of 2010...Where are there media statements condemning the RUC/PSNI for the arrests and subsequent court cases??
Surprise, surprise there aren't any and one believes strongly the reason why is that they totally agree with peaceful protesters being criminalised...
Ok so local reps and others dont go to the media about arrests of garc protesters , then they totaly agree with protesters being criminlised .Does that mean when you dident have any thing to say about local drug lord caught with 60 grand of coke in his house , u therfore are content with drugs trade in ardoyne ? Maybe youd like to condem it now ?

Yes they do agree with the criminalising of GARC protesters because their lack of actions speak volumes to the local community...
ReplyDeleteRegards a local 'Drug Lord' as U call him with so much coke in his house...How come U didn't notify the relevent authorities about his crimes then? As a founding member of CFAD and someone who has recieved countless death threats from drug dealers in the past, my position on dangerous drugs in this community is well-known, pity the same can't be said about yourself like??
If your a founding member of cfad , then yous might be one of the local authorities that should have looked at his crimes ? Perhaps you would like to exsplain to the rest of us in ardoyne why cfad diddent pay a visit too this drug house ? Surely yous are not picking and choosein who deserves a visit and who doesent , a dealer is a dealer .

ReplyDeleteRegards the so-called drug house U speak of...when did U become a foresenic scientist? Because U say so much cocaine was found? Are U 100% that it was indeed cocaine and if so, is your info reliable?
As you're well aware CFAD are available to expose Drug Dealers and have seized and taken out of circulation more drugs than the RUC/PSNI in the past 3 years. How much drugs and dealers have U actually exposed? Now don't hesitate in answering.
You want to get your facts right , not once during my coments have i used the term [dissident] , you are the only one talking about dissidents . For me a republican is a republican ,end of . I dont think your serious about the foresenic scientist comment , im sure cfad hasent tested many of the drugs they have seized . But it would be of interest to most people in ardoyne ,what you and cfad do with the drug cash you have taken out of circulation ? You seem to be telling me and the wider community that cocaine was not found in a house in ardoyne , maybe it was fairy dust , eh martin , you should know better , than to condone such people and there viel actions which impact so badly on our young people .
